All designs are created in Denmark and produced in our trusted factories in China, where we’ve worked with the same skilled team for years. WHAT IS BIODEGRADABLE ACETATE (BioAcetate S70)?

BioAcetate S70 is the material we use for our Biodegradable collection. Made from renewable resources like wood pulp and plant-oil, it offers a sustainable alternative to traditional plastics. It’s strong, flexible, and hypoallergenic Developed by Wingram Industrial Company Limited, BioAcetate S70 reflects their focus on creating innovative, eco-friendly materials.

WHAT IS RPCTG MATERIAL?

rPCTG is a high-performance recycled plastic we use for several of our frame styles. It’s made from post-consumer waste, giving existing materials a second life. rPCTG is lightweight, impact-resistant, and offers excellent clarity and color consistency - perfect for durable, everyday sunglasses. By using recycled materials like rPCTG, we reduce the need for virgin plastics and help keep waste out of landfills and oceans.

WHAT IS RPMMA LENSES?

rPMMA stands for recycled polymethyl methacrylate - a high-quality, lightweight plastic known for its crystal-clear optical performance. All our lenses are made from 100% recycled PMMA, offering UV400 protection that blocks 100% of harmful UV rays. They meet international safety standards, are impact-resistant, and maintain excellent clarity, so you get premium eye protection with a smaller environmental footprint.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Oops, we're sorry for the inconvenience! We're all about reducing waste and overproduction, so we only make what we think we'll need. This does mean that sometimes items run out, but don't worry – we're always working on new styles.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE PERIOD FOR ECO SHADES PRODUCTS?

Absolutely! We're all about delivering top-notch quality that stands the test of time. That's why we proudly offer a 730-day guarantee on our products.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

ECO SHADES accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

The delivery time for your order can vary from 2 to 30 days, depending on what shipping method you choose.

Europe: Delivery 3-7 days (With GLS) - Delivery 7-14 days (With PostNord)

Worldwide: Delivery 5-14 days (With GLS) - Delivery 14-30 days (With PostNord)

ECO Shades uses GLS - Business, GLS - Private, PostNord - Private for shipment of your ordered items.

Shipping cost is calculated from the weight of the items. Pick your items, go to checkout, and you'll get the shipping cost for your area.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes of course! After your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number. It's completely normal if the tracking number takes a few hours to activate, so no need to worry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ECO Shades offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order (ONLY on B2C orders - this doesn't count on B2B orders).

The countdown starts from the day you receive your order. If you decide it's not quite right for you, just remember that the return shipping is on you.

I HAVE RECIEVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oops, something went wrong with your order? No worries, we're here to help! Just snap a photo of the damaged or defective item, and send it over to us along with your order number and a quick description of the issue at support@eco-shades.com. We'll get right on it to sort things out for you.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

We do not offer free returns. You will find more information on how to process your return at Shipping & Returns within the QUICK LINKS section at the bottom of our website.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE?

Right now, we're not set up for online exchanges. But don't worry, there's an easy workaround! Simply return the item you don't want, and then place a new order for the one you do. It's a quick and simple way to get exactly what you're looking for!

WILL I RECIEVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us at support@eco-shades.com.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, all orders are final, and edits or cancellations cannot occur. We strive to process all orders as soon as ordered.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELED?

Very rarely do we have to cancel an order if the stock level was shown incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens we’ll email you right away with the update.
