The delivery time for your order is 2-30 days, depending on what shipping method you choose.
Denmark: Delivery 1-2 days (with GLS)
Europe: Delivery 3-10 days (With DHL)
Worldwide: Delivery 7-20 days (With PostNord)
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
ECO SHADES offers a 30-day full refund on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 30-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
How to return
You have two options:
Option 1 – Buy a return label through our return portal:

Option 2 – Return the item yourself:
You are welcome to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. If you choose this option, send an email to support@eco-shades.com stating that you are returning the item yourself, and include your order number.
In both cases: place your order number or order confirmation inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
All return costs are covered by you. Your withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery, and the item must reach us no later than 14 days after you have notified us. To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at support@eco-shades.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Condition of the returned item
You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. In short: try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item shows use beyond this, it is considered used and of decreased value, and you will receive only a partial refund — or none. ECO SHADES evaluates the item's condition.
Warranty
All products carry a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in software, materials, and fabrication.
Complaints must be reported to ECO SHADES within a reasonable time after receipt — we consider a maximum of 2 months reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs for valid warranty claims. The warranty does not cover items that have been handled improperly or unusually.
